Data Deletion Instructions

Fused Media LLC, doing business as PocketCMO, provides the PocketCMO service. In line with Meta Platform rules and general data privacy guidelines, these are the instructions for removing the PocketCMO app connection or requesting complete deletion of your data.

Removing PocketCMO from Facebook

1. Go to Settings & Privacy in your Facebook account, then select Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu to see the apps and websites linked to your Facebook account.
3. Find and select PocketCMO in the list.
4. Scroll down and select Remove.
5. Confirm the removal. The app connection and its activities are then removed.

Requesting complete data deletion

To have your personal data, account information, and connected CRM records deleted from PocketCMO systems, submit a formal request:

1. Email support@fusedmedia.net.
2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
3. Include the email address associated with your account and your business name so we can locate your records.

We process requests and securely delete your data within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you when deletion is complete. Certain records may be retained for legal or tax compliance as described in our Privacy Policy.
